Your Job

The Sr. Manager/ Director, Omnichannel role will be responsible for leading our omnichannel strategy development for our club customers, as well as support our strategic account channel (Dollar, Target) to profitability capture our sales & share objectives. This role will analyze customer and eCommerce data to identify customer opportunities to increase shopper conversion, bring omni to the forefront of our go to market branded strategies, and build partnerships with key contacts at the various retailers. This position will serve as a subject matter expertise to our sales teams, key customers, and internal partners to help transform our physical selling capabilities. The position reports to the VP of eCommerce.

What You Will Do.

  • Partner with our top omni customers and GP sales teams to maximize sales and share of their omni businesses (Sams Club, Costco, Target).
  • Accountability for working alongside sales to develop our omni account plan & helping to execute seamlessly across platforms.
  • Best in class knowledge of DSMPs with ability to audit business and derive insights to proactively address issues and identify opportunities.
  • Ensure Omni Customer POV is integrated cross-functionally and across sales teams (category, brand building, digital ops, content, BE, customer planning, supply chain)
  • Help build playbook of how and where to invest, across fulfillment modalities, to help deliver total retailer sales and category objectives.
  • Can ideate and execute across the various eCom supply chain fulfillment alternatives (D2C, Concierge, BOPIS, eCom Parcel)
  • Work internally with our category and sales strategy partners to shape customer and GP eCommerce strategies.
  • Engaging with key customers to help influence their and our eCommerce strategies.
  • Helping to disseminate eCommerce training, development, and deployment materials across org & team.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 3-5 years of customer experience or eCommerce experience in a CPG industry
  • Experience with financial analysis
  • Experience analyzing and translating data into action
  • Willing to travel up to 20% (including overnights)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with at least one of the following: IRI, Renvue, Bazaarvoice, customer platform/ data, Syndigo or CIQ
