To provide skilled and compassionate speech/language and swallowing services within both the inpatient and outpatient settings, including habilitation and/or rehabilitation of each patient to his/her highest level of function. This would include both pediatric and adult patients. Also, to enable the patient to return to society in his/her maximum capacity while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in speech/language pathology or communicative disorders from an accredited program or whose course work and practice meet ASHA Certification requirements
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) or be CCC eligible (in their Clinical Fellowship Year - CFY) Indiana license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current IN license in speech/language pathology
• Indiana license in Speech-Language Pathology
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required
