Role Description:

Responsible for supervising work schedule and activities of the Maintenance Technician and to perform the activities necessary for the corporate managed facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising work schedule and activities of the Maintenance Technician to assure efficient coverage of maintenance responsibilities at corporate managed facilities.
• Perform the activities necessary to pro-actively maintain all corporate managed facilities.
• Execute a pro-active preventive maintenance program.
• Perform routine trouble shooting and repairs on equipment and support systems as required.
• Request the purchase of all needed supplies and parts.
• Keep workspace and equipment clean and well organized.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Perform all other assigned duties pertaining to the job.
• Document necessary information.
• Support continuous improvement to the facilities.
