Job Description

Summary:

Under the general direction of the Salesforce Lead & Architect, the Junior Salesforce Administrator will assist with day-to-day activities, ensuring we help internal and external customers giving priority to business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand current business processes and provide internal support to address user issues and improve system usage, even during transitional phases.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and other departments to enhance processes, reporting, and tools, thereby increasing sales productivity.
  • Offer ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and guiding them through system updates.
  • Actively engage with the sales team to gather feedback and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot user issues to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Execute basic platform customizations, such as modifying fields and page layouts, as delegated.
  • Manage permissions meticulously, including profiles and permission sets, to uphold data integrity and security.
  • Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for both new and existing users, ensuring proficient utilization of Salesforce.
  • Design and manage Flows to streamline processes and automate tasks within Salesforce.
  • Gather and document requirements for new processes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Review data quality and help maintain data as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple quotes simultaneously.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
