The Leidos Team is looking for Test Director to lead the test activities conducted within our international team in support of the NATO Integrated Test Bed (ITB) Build 6 contract. Our ITB Build 6 contract will deliver an upgraded test capability to NATO and will be executed by our team comprised of several subcontractors from North America and Europe with delivery of the final system at NATO in The Hague, The Netherlands. Activities involve generation of documentation in UK English, as well as communicating across our international team, with customer personnel, stakeholders, and National Representatives in UK English. Travel is expected to be about 30%.

Primary Responsibilities

The Test Director will be responsible for all test activities for this effort from requirements development through purchaser acceptance. This includes test planning, design and tools selection, establishing guidelines for test procedures and reports, coordinating with customer and subcontractors on test support requirements and oversees all test activities across team at multiple international locations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 17 - 22 years of experience; Masters degree with 15 - 20 years of prior relevant experience (or equivalent years of experience)

• At least seven years in the design and execution of information systems tests.

• At least Foundation level ISTQB certification

• High ability in speaking, writing, and understanding English is essential

• Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic, works well within an engineering team, mission oriented, and takes personal pride in work.

• Active Secret Clearance
