Job Description

We are looking for a talented student to work in our Corporate HR department in our Southfield, MI headquarters for an extended internship (Winter - Summer 2023). You will work with the Corporate HR team to implement and execute processes, assist with pre-boarding activities, vendor management, administrative tasks, and contribute to special projects as needed in support of the Human Resources function. This intern must be able to work onsite (Southfield, MI) and will:

  • Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including ordering background checks, submitting IT tickets, greeting new hires and new hire system set up
  • Assist with Summer Internship Program and Rotational Program
  • Reporting, filing, answering employee questions and assisting the team in organizational and administrative tasks
  • Assist with other special projects and requests in support of the Talent Strategy as requested

Required Experience

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
