JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ability to set-up, operate and perform quality checks on all aspects of the PVD department
• Ability to schedule machines per production requirements
• Set up and operate the Goetze polish and super finish equipment
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with supervision and engineering
• Observe all safety policies and quality requirements for the PVD area
• Help provide training to new operators that may require working on different shifts
• Adherence to the Job Instructions within the PVD area
• Monitor tooling inventory
• Ability to do general maintenance on the PVD area
• Ability to run all operations within the PVD area
• Other duties as assigned

• Candidate must possess excellent mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication and math skills
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Possess problem solving skills
• Facial hair and/or other obstructions to the sealing of the mask that may be required to wear are not allowed
