Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who will develop and execute sales and marketing programs to drive incremental sales growth, expand inventory placement through sales analysis and market insights and develop relationships and understanding within various departments at a national account to increase sales success through customer collaboration. This position will alsoconduct business reviews with category management on a quarterly basis to assure projects are progressing andidentify opportunities for a large national account and DRiV to both grow profitably. This position will be remote, but with the expectation of being on-site at customer locations and DRiV HQ in Skokie, IL as the job requires.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Profitably manage current DRiV business within a large national account
  • Identify and close on opportunities to expand the DRiV share of wallet with large national account
  • Understand and communicate information on DRiV product lines.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs that drive incremental sales.
  • Develop, implement and execute customer business plans, custom promotions and events.
  • Work with large national accountProduct Managers to maintain accurate SKU information within their catalog and data systems.
  • Work with DRiV Category Manager to perform market, customer sales and inventory analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Address large national accountconcerns in a swift and effective manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Create, review and maintain customer contracts and terms of sale agreements.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to build strong partnering relationships within DRiV and large national account
  • Serve as the primary DRiV point of contact for large national accounton issues and projects including service levels, pricing, product training, promotions and inventory management.

Education:Bachelor's Degree in business disciplines or equivalent work experience

Skills & Experience:

  • Self-starter who can demonstrate ability to develop and execute business and sales plans.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated DRiV team that supports the large national accountbusiness.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Additional computer skills in Power BI and Saleforce.com preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to review data and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to travel by air and vehicle throughout the United States
