Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years software engineering experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Computer Information System
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, and GraphQL.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- Understanding of layout aesthetics.
- Demonstrable analytical / problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and a good teamwork ethic with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Backend technologies in Java Spring boot.
- Non-relational database technologies (Dynamo DB).
- Apache Kafka or Kinesis.
- AWS or other cloud platform.
- Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ad Tech industry.
- A willingness to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams and systems.
- Demonstrated ownership for the projects delivered by your team and department.
- Knowledge of system design and implementation best practices to guide and mentor.
- A passion for mentoring, learning, and adapting to a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A proven ability to work with product teams to translate requirements into well-defined technical implementations and define technical and operational metrics to measure system health.
