JOB DETAILS

  • Security Clearance: Must meet the criteria to be approved for and maintain an MBI (Moderate Risk Background Investigation) security clearance
  • Location: Indianapolis, IN
  • Relocation Expenses Reimbursed: No
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. IMG does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for reconciling various General Ledger accounts, client accounts, and monthly invoicing and collections.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all protected health information
  • Reconciliation of monthly PPO invoices and Admin fees to claims bordereau
  • Reconciliation of governmental invoices and Admin fees to claims bordereau
  • Reconciliation of various General Ledger accounts
  • Reconciliation of Client Accounts receivables
  • Analysis of discrepancies
  • Assistance on collections of PPO and governmental invoices
  • Other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to meet the criteria to be approved for and maintain an MBI security clearance
  • Associates degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of 1-year work experience in Reconciliations.
  • Willing to consider at least 2 years of work-related reconciliations experience in lieu of education
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Excel - formulas, sort and manipulate data, and format reports and charts
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Analytical skills and attention to details
  • Communication - must be able to express ideas clearly, concisely, and logically.
  • Teamwork - must work well in a team and help foster a cooperative environment.
  • Flexibility - must be willing to adjust as the industry or job requirements change.
  • Initiative - proactive in resolving problems, reporting discrepancies, suggesting new ideas and seeking process improvements

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with Accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) preferred but not required

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Office environment setting
  • Able to work comfortably in a desk environment
  • 90+% of the time spent sitting, doing keyboard entry and working directly with clients via telephone and email
