Job Title: Mechanic- Fort Wayne, IN

Job Summary: The Mechanic will be responsible for the repairs on all Shambaugh & Son cars, trucks and equipment. They will do this by maintaining a clean and orderly environment while exercising all safety rules at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make repairs in a conscious and timely manner.
  • Report to garage manager when not knowledgeable of certain problems.
  • Coordinate and work in harmony with all Shambaugh & Son personnel.
  • Prompt and accurate completion of work orders in a legible manner.
  • Check all vehicles and equipment in yard for past due service.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
