Job Description
Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, is seeking a qualified Technical Services Representative that will be located in the Midwestern USA Region (OH, KY, MI, IN, PA). This position will report to the Technical Services Manager.

This position requires the following skills and knowledge:

  • A high degree of electromechanical aptitude is imperative.

  • A willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically when faced with a demanding environment.

  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

  • The ability to lift 50lbs.

Preferred skills and knowledge:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of prior field service experience is preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree is preferred.

  • Previous packaging experience a plus.

  • Proven deductive reasoning skills.

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Technical Service to Printpack's customers throughout North America.

  • Investigate customer nonconformance complaints; establish root cause and provide solutions.

  • Provide routine scheduled visits to assigned customer locations.

  • Document nonconforming materials and enter the destruction/RMA associated credits into Printpack's customer feedback system.

  • Maintain customer quality tracking for defective materials.

  • Collaborate with other Technical Representatives and Printpack personnel when needed, to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist product development and sales in the development and commercializing of new and existing products, to ensure customer-based performance requirements.

  • Serve as a liaison between Printpack and the Customer.
