Simtra is a world-class Contract Development Manufacturing Organization with facilities in Indiana, US and Halle/Westfalen, Germany. Simtra, a premier Sterile Fill Injectables Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), is seeking a dynamic and experienced strategic marketer to lead market intelligence as well as inform and guide the business' GTM strategy. This role plays a pivotal part in driving our business growth.

What you'll do:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Business Insights - 55%
o Provide strategic oversight & implement market intelligence capabilities, strategy, processes, & roadmap.
o Conduct market assessments and analysis to identify trends, market dynamics, and potential growth opportunities.
o Monitor competitors' activities, assess their impact on the business and its programs, and provide insights on emerging trends.
o Conduct market assessments of existing and potential therapeutic areas and markets, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to determine market strategies.
o Gather insights and deliver analytics that inform commercial and financial assessments of external BD & M&A opportunities.
o Extract insights to recommend strategies for decision-making & strategic planning.
o Effectively communicate findings through tailored reports, presentations, visualizations & scalable insights activations mechanisms to meet stakeholders' needs in a clear, concise, & engaging manner.
o Oversee and manage external vendors and other partners providing professional services, subscriptions, and other access to industry data, reports, analytics, and other intelligence.

* GTM Strategy - 45%
o Define and refine Ideal Customer Profile and Ideal Molecule Profile as business capabilities and service offerings evolve.
o Segmentation & Targeting - Identify attractive new therapy areas to pursue. Prioritize sales targets (new accounts, new molecules) based on market intelligence. Conduct Commercial triage of incoming opportunities for technical evaluation.
o Pricing - Help establish and refine price bands for various service offerings based on competitive intelligence and customer profiles.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in marketing leadership role, with strong track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Preferred experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferably in a CDMO)
- Stong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on therapeutic analysis in a competitive landscape
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and techniques
- Strong background in consulting (internal or external) and strong analytics background
