Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid with our client in Indianapolis, IN. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Contract Recruiting Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting processes during a significant company reorganization.
  • In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, from initial application to onboarding, providing a positive experience for internal employees
  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on the Workday Recruit Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to verify fit to advertised qualifications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support internal assessment events for employee interviews
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing necessary information and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of Recruiting Coordinator/hiring support experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
