Hawk-Eye Innovations (A Sony Sports Business) is seeking a dynamic individual to join us as the College SMART Replay Operations Manager. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and efficiency of our instant replay systems for college sports.

Our cutting-edge Synchronized Multi-Angle Replay Technology (SMART) is used in stadiums and arenas around the world, delivering unparalleled accuracy and reliability.

Location:

  • Atlanta, GA (at the Hawk-Eye Innovation's Headquarters)

  • Frequent travel between both the Birmingham, AL and Chicago, IL Replay Centers may be required.

Role Overview: As the College SMART Replay Operations Manager, you will lead a team responsible for managing the live quality of our SMART Replay Systems delivery for the SEC and Big Ten Conference. You'll oversee all operations and the video replay center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while maintaining high standards of service quality. Your responsibilities will include process improvement, team management, budgeting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of leads, coordinators and contractors to ensure smooth live operations.

  • Review and implement process changes to enhance service quality.

  • Monitor operational data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.

  • Resolve operational issues and challenges promptly.

  • Manage the operational budget and resource allocation.

  • Lead conversations with clients to address pain points and share successes.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of Project/Operational Management experience.

  • Experience managing staff and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Experience in the sports technology industry.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $76,000 to $101,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
