Are you ready to lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge services to the Big Ten Conference? Hawk-Eye Innovations is seeking a dynamic and driven College Live Ops Lead in Chicago, IL to spearhead our groundbreaking project in its inaugural year.

About the Role:

As our College Live Ops Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a growing team dedicated to providing Synchronized Multi-Angle Replay Technology (SMART) services to the Big Ten Conference. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Live Operations Team to establish and refine workflows and processes.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery.

  • Building strong relationships with both conference and school operational staff and stakeholders.

  • Ensuring the highest standards of live operations during testing and full delivery phases.

  • Working flexible hours to accommodate the dynamic nature of sports events.

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite at Big Ten Conference Headquarters)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in operational leadership and live event management.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a delivery-focused mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills and project management abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred

  • A passion for collegiate sports and a willingness to challenge conventions for business improvement.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $57,000 to $72,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
