Responsibilities

Technical Functions/Administrative Duties

Documentation

  • Certificates of Analysis (COA)
    • Run reports - create and send files to customers
  • Export Documentation
    • Various versions of COA's, Certificates of Origin (COO), Certificates of Free Sale (CFS), and customized documentation for each customer/country
    • Communicating and ordering through the Indiana Department of State for specialized apostille documents
  • Best By Tracking form and LX updates
    • Maintain the summary tab of shelf life by PSS
  • Complete New Item Forms as needed
  • Customer forms as requested - various formats
  • Facilitate and coordinate the bid sample approval process

Database Administration

  • Customer specific databases such as TraceGains
  • 1WS/DSD (replaces Salsify)
    • Enter QA data for Red Gold customer use
    • Follow established procedures as new "trigger" items are sent through the email trigger
  • Maintain corporate oversight of the Enviromap database

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Associate college or continued education preferred - any area of study
  • 4 years of plant quality or operations experience preferred
  • Corporate office experience is a plus
  • Grocery/Food & Beverage industry experience is a plus
  • Red Gold experience valuable
