Job Summary:

This position is responsible for primary Service Desk Support for our three locations in Richmond, Indiana. The role is in person only based out of our Richmond Office, on occasion this role will have to visit the Plant and Distribution Center as required.



Responsibilities:
  • Completing tickets related to PC software and hardware break fix on location
  • Handling day to day service desk requests and resolving issues related to hardware andsoftware on End User devices
  • Performing Sarbanes-Oxley Audit tasksand ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies
  • Performing operational tasks such as monitoring and job validation of our AS400 Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  • Completing security request tickets for Financial and Logistic Systems
  • Providing on-call support once a month and responding to urgent issues outside of business hours
  • Purchasing and deployment of Mobile devices throughoutthe United States
  • Provide Senior Leadership Team Support for Corporate Leadership throughout the United States as needed


Required Skills and Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Audit, Enterprise Resource Planning System Operations, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 framework
  • Familiarity with PC Hardware, Active Directory, and IT Operation Management preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
