Summary of Duties:
- Provide leadership for a team of employees and contractors while working under general direction of senior management to plan, organize and direct work related to SAP C4C/SAP CRM.
- Analyze complex business needs presented by the Calumet user community and participates in and/or recommends solutions.
- Monitor the success of Calumet SAP projects; follows up to ensure objectives are met, manage organization and control of data and artifacts associated with the projects, making timely and sound decisions.
- Responsible for the design, build, test, integration and support of SAP C4C systems along with integration of other internal systems to solve and support current and future business initiatives for their functional area.
- Manage both projects and break-fix ticket items in their functional area, driving them to close by closely monitoring work-capacities of team members, removing road-blocks hampering close and coordinating with the BPO's and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the BPO's and business stakeholders to prioritize work items and projects.
- Administer SAP Cloud for Customer landscape.
- Develop procedures for support of SAP C4C including critical interface monitoring.
- Construct transition to support plan for new SAP C4C implementation.
- Position requires 25% domestic travel.
- Remote Work Permitted.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering, BCIS, Electronic Engineering, or closely related field of study and eight (8) years of experience as a Sr. Functional Analyst-CRM, CRM Configuration Analyst, S. SAP CRM Consultant, or closely related occupation.
Also requires experience in the following:
- 7 years of experience in Managing or leading SAP teams in planning, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions, other business applications, infrastructure or other technology areas;
- 8 years experience SAP CRM (Hybris & C4C);
- 8 years experience with SAP CRM integrations and communication arrangements with ERP systems (SAP ECC);
- 3 years experience with CRM report and mashup development;
- 3 years experience with CRM Administrator Work Center; and
- 2 years experience with Cloud Application Studio.
