Job Description:
The Design & Marketing Specialist will serve as the primary designer of print and digital collateral to support G&A marketing initiatives and to maintain a consistent brand identity. With a combined mindset of marketing and design, this person will have a natural ability to design content for different target audiences, maintain social media channels, and continually develop digital marketing skills to support a high-performing marketing organization.
Primary Duties
* Serve as our graphic designer responsible for creating visually appealing marketing assets that adhere to brand guidelines in both print and digital formats across multiple mediums such as sales collateral, social, video, website, advertisements, proposals, presentations and more as directed.
* Design marketing assets with audience engagement and conversion metrics in mind.
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to organize and maintain a robust library of brand marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
* Maintain a high standard of quality assurance for our brand assets and campaign content to ensure consistent G&A brand identity.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing team members to incorporate their feedback and input into the creative design process.
* Stay current with industry trends, design innovations, and advancements in design tools and technologies to propose new ideas and concepts that ensure G&A maintains a leading edge in visual communication
* Run the day-to-day operations of our social media channels and related social media tools to support marketing campaign initiatives.
* Craft engaging social media copy that accurately represents the G&A brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
* Proactively monitor and analyze social media analytics to evaluate engagement and conversion rates and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Update project tasks in the Marketing team's established project management platform.
* Assist in the maintenance and updating of G&A's website visuals and content.
* Provide support in coordinating, managing logistics and planning various G&A events to ensure successful execution.
* Support the creation and editing of video and digital content for social channels and platforms like YouTube and Wistia
* Utilize marketing AI tools provided to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in performing job responsibilities.
* Sustain your digital marketing learning & development to expand on your impact on marketing initiatives.
* Assist with other duties as needed such as but not limited to assisting with G&A events, photography, copywriting and more.

* 2+
Education:
* Bachelor's degree; or combined equivalent years of education and experience
Additional Information:
* Bachelor's Degree in graphic/digital design (or related field)
* Required: Highly skilled in graphic design and digital media formats (Adobe Creative Suite)
* Passion for digital marketing
* Excellent writing skills
* Highly organized, solution-focused, and a self-starter eager to contribute to a collaborative marketing team
* Proficiency in social media platforms and basic knowledge of marketing software (Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
