The Account Manager develops, maintains and nurtures our customer relationships. They ensure each customer interaction receives excellent care, from sales prospecting and consultation through trip documentation within the reservation system and service execution. They will interact and communicate effectively with personnel within and outside the company. Customers can include any and all services from our Mini-Coach, Motorcoach and Shuttle Service operations. Additional duties include operational support as needed including but not limited to on-site event management, driver scheduling, dispatching and shuttle operations support. Schedule flexes based on workload and seasonal events. Location may flex to other terminals based on need.
