What You Can Expect

As Regional Site Administrator, you are reporting into the Solar Operation office in Monticello, IN daily to the support its operational needs. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This includes managing purchase requisitions and orders, overseeing budgets and vendor relationships, and maintaining important documents, logs, plans, and reports, including monthly and quarterly profit and loss budget reporting. Serving as regional purchasing and vendor liaison, you will learn to become the subject matter experts in various systems, such as Coupa, Maximo, and SAP. In collaboration with the accounting department, you will handle parts and tools orders, as well as the procurement of consumables necessary for maintenance work. Additionally, you will oversee the credit card system to ensure accurate charge categorization. Administrative duties include file management, mail handling, and participation in safety committees for equipment and inventory procurement. You will use Excel in data collection, analysis, and report preparation, assisting with budget planning and reviews. Moreover, you will need to establish and maintain general administrative activities, including accounts payable, timesheets, and recordkeeping. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as asset management, compliance, human resources, and legal departments, you will ensure communication and status updates are received in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum education requires a High School diploma with three (3) years' experience where you have worked with vendor management, accounting, procurement, supply chain, or human resources in an administrative support capacity
  • Or Minimum two (2) years degree with one (1) year experience where you have worked with vendor management, accounting, procurement, supply chain, or human resources in an administrative support capacity
  • Must be able to use Outlook, Word, and Excel daily to analyze, communicate, distribute and report data to leadership and external partners
  • You must have knowledge of administrative and secretarial functions including typing, computer skills, scheduling, communicating correspondence via emails, and utilize telecommunication software and equipment such as MS Teams, fax machines, and printers
  • You must have experience creating reports on a scheduled basis

Additional Details

  • This role requires daily attendance at a worksite
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips to attend company events and training in one (1) week increments
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license/clean driving record to drive company vehicle or to drive personal vehicle for company events.
  • Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE's policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • The position consists of 90% work indoors and 10% work outdoors; outdoor work may expose the employee to weather conditions

Compensation

Salary Range: $24.70- $35.48 USD hourly

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an incentive plan.
