We are currently seeking a IT Service Desk Specialist to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:

The selected applicant will be responsible for:

  • Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s).
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Maintaining professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environment.
  • Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems.
  • Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Documenting internal procedures.
  • Assisting with onboarding of new users.

Desired Experience:

  • 0 - 2 years of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience and DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + CE) is required.

Desired Education:

  • Bachelor's level degree or Associates level degree with relevant experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
